3 Aspects of Life:

The 3 aspects of life are self, family and work. All 3 aspects of life are interdependent and interrelated, so self, family and work have to be in co-ordination with each other. If the body is fit it is easy to manage the other two. Work largely influences self and family. So all the 3 aspects need to be continuously taken care of. Work should be fruitful and result - oriented through adequate education, knowledge and a well focused mind. Above all family should also be given attention and all hurdles that come along should be taken care of. It is very important to keep a happy and a united family in order to have balanced self and thus work effectively also.

Better use of Life :

Life consists of the total time lived by an individual. In order to make complete use of our life we should know the proper use of time. We should always try to keep pace with time and avoid being too futuristic or backlogging. Time has to be valued. There is a fixed time for everything in life. Time wasted is life wasted.

Activities to avoid :

All immoral and illegal activities should be avoided. Immoral activities are contrary to morals, discipline and welfare spirit. Whereas illegal activities are those which are against the law. These types of activities create harm to self and others. These activities are not socially acceptable. Hence such activities should be avoided.

Utilizing Total self :

Total self is the complete body and mind. Any work undertaken by utilizing complete total self can hardly fail. One should be totally committed by using the mind and body to the fullest in the best possible way. In order to use them effectively, proper care should be taken. The body is taken care of by following a regular schedule, healthy habits and by giving proper rest. The mind can be kept young by yoga, meditation and by using it regularly.
