HAVE RIGHT WAY AND WILL TO WIN!

 

Many times we give in for want of efforts to set things right. We give up and that's losing. Take a simple example of learning a new subject like a foreign language. The teacher may not present the subject well so it becomes difficult to grasp. We miss a lesson and that makes it difficult to understand. We lack the will to make up and cope up. So ultimately we give up and fail. 

Giving up is loser's trait. A winner has always the “will” so he finds a “way” to win. He would put his heart and soul to overcome the hurdles, even take outside help, make up a missed lesson and thereby making learning easy. Thus the right way and will helps him to get over the hurdles and come out as a winner. 

On the other hand, the neglect at school level further deteriorates one when at college where one is let loose and there are enough “birds of feather” to flock together on the way to failure. One is inclined to look out for paper leakage or quick fix coaching classes. The important point to be borne in mind is whether this sort of quick fix coaching will be possible when we are in our career or job. By then it is too late and is difficult to reverse one's failure traits to overcome hurdles. So one flops in performance at job and even loses it.

The solution is that all the aspirants especially the youngsters should adopt the policy of having the will and the right way to cope up and overcome hurdles right from the student life. For those already in career or job it is high time to mend their ways and give up old habits of “managing". Instead adopt the right way and the will to win!
