The Magic Cure for INSOMNIA

 

Anxiety, indigestion, itching, pain, worry, depression may cause insomnia. In both anxiety and depression, insomnia may be a cause or effect. How to earn bread is somebody's problem, on the other hand how to save taxes is other's worry! Sterility is somebody's problem while how to feed many children may be other's anguish ! Politicians rarely escape insomnia. You may become dependant, if not addicted, to sleeping pills only to suffer from the side effects!


Press the following points before going to bed for 2 or 3 minutes.

Point No-1 : About 3 fingers breadth above the midpoint of the wrist crease

Point No-2 & 3 :
At the base of the bony projection behind the ear (see diagram)

Do plum blossom therapy on the top of head for 3 to 5 minutes before retiring. Plum blossom hammer has small needles attached to it's end. Lightly tap the top of the head with the hammer or you may tap the top of your skull lightly with your palm. (as mothers do for infants for putting them to sleep.)

Do reverse counting exercise. If you take a warm drink or hot water bath and read, you may feel sleepy. Stop worrying is easy to advise but difficult to practice.

“To sleep well is better than to eat well” - a Chinese saying. Nourishing food & tonics can't replace the role of sleep. Sleep eliminates fatigue and restores energy. Sleep and good health are life long companions.
