Both anxiety and mental tension are common problems in day to day life. Poor ones are worried for the next day's bread and on the contrary rich ones are worried about the investment. Does worry solve the problem? No, of course not ! It only leads to the grave. Not to worry is the advice given by the doctors and others but rather it is easier to worry than not to worry ! So here is the solution for relief !
Press the following points with the thumb, whenever required, for about 2 minutes.

Point No-1 : About 3 fingers breadth distance above the midpoint of the wrist crease, between the two tendons (cord like structures)
Point No-2 : On top of the head. Tap lightly with palm of the hand 5-6 times.

Reverse counting exercise: Relax your body, stare at some object, take 5 deep breaths, close the eyes and start counting backwards from 100 to 0, one count for each breath. If you miss the count then restart from 100. This will drive away the thoughts from the mind and you will feel relaxed.
