So one should integrate work, values and level or limit of material prosperity to get happiness. We are drifted by emotions. Learn to control emotions and direct them in ways that can help to be more considerate, kind, and loving and give good performance in your work life. Development of Emotional and Spiritual intelligence helps to solve problems and enable people to lead happy lives. Money and values should be handled with a balanced approach-with spiritualism. This is a simple way to get rid of stress.
