The Magic Cure for Migraine

 

 

Migraine headache is a periodic pain usually affecting one side of the head. It may be accompanied by nausea, disordered vision, lack of energy or chills. Patient may be addicted to tablets like Migrainil which give temporary relief. Generally it is hereditary.

 
Press the following points twice a day or whenever required, 2 minutes at each point.
 
Point 1 : 3 Cun (4 fingers) above the outer end of the eyebrow
Point 2 : Radial (outer) end of the wrist crease (thumb side)
Point 3 : Top of the fleshy prominence on the back of the palm when thumb is brought close to the index finger.
Point 4 : About 3 fingers (2 cun) above the midpoint of the wrist Crease.
Point 5 : On the medial end of the interphalangeal joint of the ring finger, on the back aspect. (See figure)
 
Note : During an ‘attack’ rest in a dark room. Be sure it is quiet, cool and well ventilated. Avoid overwork, alcohol, tea, coffee & sour food. Do not lay in hot tub. Preferably take cold water bath. Remember, anger precipitates an attack of migraine.
