If a sportsman does acupressure at certain
acupuncture points regularly he/she can improve
his/her immunity and stamina simultaneously
retarding the degeneration i.e. wear and tear of
the muscles, tendons, bones and the vital
organs. |

Point No-1: At the end of elbow crease on
either side |

Point No-2: 2 fingers breadth besides the
depression below the most prominent vertebra
(C7) of the neck |

Point
No-3: Outer end of the wrist crease |

Point No-4: Three fingers breadth below
the midpoint of the wrist crease (massage from
the midpoint of the wrist crease upto this point
in this direction only.) |

Point
No-5: Midpoint between the medial malleolus and the
tendon of the heel (Tendo Achilles) |

Point No-6: Keep your palm on the patella
(knee cap) of the same side. The middle finger
should be on the long bone of the leg (Tibia).
The point where the ring finger touches the
outer side of the leg is this point. |

The index finger or the thumb can be used to
exert acupressure. Give rotatory massage at all
points in clockwise style (except at point No.4
which has to be in anti-clockwise fashion. Do
acupressure at each point for about one minute
once a day. |
