The Magic Cure for Sportsperson

If a sportsman does acupressure at certain acupuncture points regularly he/she can improve his/her immunity and stamina simultaneously retarding the degeneration i.e. wear and tear of the muscles, tendons, bones and the vital organs.

Point No-1: At the end of elbow crease on either side

Point No-2: 2 fingers breadth besides the depression below the most prominent vertebra (C7) of the neck

Point No-3: Outer end of the wrist crease

Point No-4: Three fingers breadth below the midpoint of the wrist crease (massage from the midpoint of the wrist crease upto this point in this direction only.)

Point No-5: Midpoint between the medial malleolus and the tendon of the heel (Tendo Achilles)

Point No-6: Keep your palm on the patella (knee cap) of the same side. The middle finger should be on the long bone of the leg (Tibia). The point where the ring finger touches the outer side of the leg is this point.

The index finger or the thumb can be used to exert acupressure. Give rotatory massage at all points in clockwise style (except at point No.4 which has to be in anti-clockwise fashion. Do acupressure at each point for about one minute once a day.

Readers are welcome to write to us about their experience on effectiveness of 6 points pressure in improving their immunity & stamina.

IMPORTANT :
1) Cut, keep in file, use and benefit and help others too!
2) Familiarize with the above pressure points as they are common to other cures also!
