How
often we've heard: “laughter is the best medicine”.
But who cares a medicine? and for what! So let's
change the saying from “laughter is the best medicine”
to “laughter is the best solution”. Well, again the
question arises: “solution for what?” and “why !”
let's see why and what of the solution. |

In the
present day hectic life people are stressed due to
overwork, anxiety and uncertainties. Stress affects
our mind and thinking power. One is often stiff and
stunned. A stiff state of mind makes one remain in
confusion, perplexed and dazed. Now there are always
options, opportunities, solutions and numerous ways
out from any situation. Stressed mind keeps one
revolving and immersed in problems seldom allowing one
to work towards solutions which are always existing. |
|
|
|
The
best way is to bring your mind back to its normal
relaxed state to function and work on solutions. Here
comes the role of laughter. A smile and even an
intentional put-on laughter relaxes the mind and by
driving the stress away gives one space to think
positively and creatively about problems and
solutions. |

|
Once
the mind is in neutral state one is able to look at
problems as situations and one can easily work on easy
options which can be termed as solutions. A relaxed
mind readily accepts reality. This acceptance keeps
off conflicts and negative reaction. The relaxed state
leads to awareness of reality helping to bring a
positive change. Wherever change is not possible one
can exercise the wisdom of accepting reality saving
the unnecessary “strain” and “hurt”. Wisdom dawns in
mind to understand the situation and practicality of
getting simple solutions or accepting it. |

This
clarifies and sums up- why one should laugh. Let
individuals, managers as well as corporates use
laughter as their important tool for better
management! |
