Failures are after all the pillars of success a well said old adage, but it's true provided one is persistant in one's efforts or looks for alternatives. This is precisely the message one should imbibe and from “failure to success” story of Archana. Another universal truth is “low aim, not the failure, is crime against oneself”. Well let's see how this young lass has worked her way to success after her initial set-backs.

 

Archana Gade comes from an enlightened hard working middle class Maharashtrian family. She was born and brought up in Dombivli, Mumbai. She attended Sidharth College for her BA. With psychology and English literature. Due to ill health she had to take a drop, but she appeared in subsequent examination to earn her graduation degree. Similar difficulty she encountered when her IATA exams were due. However since she could not appear within the prescribed period and she did not want to enroll afresh she had to discontinue.

Being a bold girl she did not give up. She took counselling for alternate qualification from Virgin Atlantic U.K. She successfully completed 2 levels of Virgin Atlantic fares and ticketing and because of her work experience she enrolled for IATA / UFTAA Management. Thus with “never say die” attitude she not only went ahead with her professional studies but found alternate way of earning similar qualifications without any loss of time. She gives credit for this to expert guidance to Director of IHCTM who takes personal care to help students with pragmatic solutions. She is also proud of passing her U.K. exams with high score and grade through quality teaching she got at her institute.

 

At the moment she is employed with one of the internet based travel company at a decent remuneration. Her story would inspire many youngsters to be strong willed and go ahead meeting challenges and growing continuously.
