Every person must dream high to grow! No dreams no growth!!. Any one can achieve his dream and growth, all one needs is right processes at the right place. To make action effective, one has to have a definite plan. Plan brings rewards when process is well defined. Lets's take a simple example of keying in a document or letter, a print out should be taken out immediately where required. Now what is to be done with print out? If it has to be mailed or attached this should be done and thereafter despatched too! Such small things are simple solutions to avoid confusion and even delay.
