completed task papers or documents back in place.
Second is to see that the next step in that task is
also done or entrusted to the next person to bring it
to its finality. Lets's take a simple example of
keying in a document or letter, a print out should be
taken out immediately where required. Now what is to
be done with print out? If it has to be mailed or
attached this should be done and thereafter despatched
too! Such small things are simple solutions to avoid
confusion and even delay.
