In our modern life, three words are common. These are stress,
strain and tension! These 3 cause constant worry, loss of peace
of mind and above all, the damage to one's health and creates
disharmony in our life.
The root cause is that today everyone has ambition to the letter
"A" and hence, unending pursuit of activity. The success is
measured, though wrongly, in terms of money. "Money at any cost"
is the mantra of the day - with the result culture, love and
affection have become mere words one comes across in stories or
history books. Even relationships are thrown in the backseat,
since money requires a single-minded mad pursuit.
Completing work, study and assignments is first and foremost on
the mind, of course leaving out the filthy rich or chronic lazy
ones and fun-seeking animals. The rest of us work hard and
stretch our working hours to pack more in less time! Well, this
lifestyle of rat-race and cat-chasing-its-own-tail is the first
and only cause of all the stress, strain and tension, as well as
everything else that follows.
The big question is how to keep stress at bay? Here, we give you 3
words to bust the stress effectively. |

These 3 power words are:
MUST, SHOULD and MAY. They are useful for all the over-worked,
slogging persons, be it a student, an office-going person - junior
or senior or Neta Abhineta, not to exclude the homemakers! These
simple words give you "right style of functioning". For taking
help of these 3 words - Must, Should and May - firstly, list all
your activities. Next identify each activity as (1) urgent and
important, (2) important and (3) just to be done. Now put these 1,
2, 3 activities under heading A, B, C.
Begin the day with activities under A. Next work on B. And lastly
touch C, time permitting. To your delight and amazement, you'll
find things happening on time and in time without any trace of
stress. To implement this simple solution you must spend first 10
minutes every morning or still better, the previous evening to do
this 1, 2, 3 and A, B, C listing exercise. The evening before is
strongly recommended as it saves your first 10 minutes at the
beginning of the day when your energy and enthusiasm are at their
peak. So use these "3 stress busters" and you're a happy person
ever after.
