Do At Home Pedicure

 

Here is a step by step Pedicure that can be done at home.

Well groomed feet are a beauty asset and one of the best treatments for feet is Walking. Beautiful feet are those that are free of hard skin or other foot problems such as Corns, Brittle nails, Cuts on heels or Callouses. Regular care helps in preventing them. 

1. Remove old polish with a nail polish remover. Then soak your feet in warm water to which salt has been added. This will help the to relax the feet.
2. Then take one foot out and lightly scrape the heels with a Scraper.
3. File toe nails gently. Be careful not to cut or file them too deep at the corners.
4. Apply Cuticle cream on the cuticles and push the cuticles back. Never cut the cuticles.
5. Wrap a thin piece of cotton wool on an orangewood stick, dip in hydrogen peroxide and clean the corners of the nails. 
6. Massage the feet.
7. Repeat the same on the other foot.
8. Wash feet in lukewarm water to rinse out the excess cream.
9. Lastly, use nail polish.


Your feet really do a great job of holding up the rest of you, so pamper them well.Here are some professional tips to take  care of problem feet.

If you have corns there must be something wrong with the fit of your shoes. Make sure to wear proper shoes.
Callouses are compressed layers of skin caused due to friction. Rub your heels with a pumice stone to take care of them.
Ingrown nails are caused due to wrong filing.
Cuts on heels are due to dry skin and lack of Vitamin C. Applying Petroleum Jelly helps.
