tourism. It is endorsed by British Airways and is designed to provide a thorough overview of the
industry. Passport into Travel provides students with many different skills relating to the travel
industry including geography, three-letter codes and dealing with key aspects such as tour
operators, rail, ferry, hotel accommodation, car hire and travel insurance. It also covers key personal
development skills, including telephone use, selling, customer service, CV, letter writing and
interview techniques which in turn will help them in their work environment. Students gain a British
